Exercise and its Importance

Exercise , Exercise, Exercise !
One of the commonly used words by youths and middle aged peoples of the present world. Every one likes to be fit like 3-khans of India(salman ,Amir & Surkh) and good looking like Asiwaya Rai.
          In order to maintain proper balance of our body from sugar, metabolish, cholesterol, to reduce the fat content etc., we go for exercise. Its become fashion for us to join in a gym.
The extend of the gym even reaches B and C towns of the country. Lots of physical activites can be framed as Exercise like
  • Morning walking
  • Drills in the grounds
  • Work outs inside the gyms
  • Even climbing to upstairs through steps
  • Jogging around the streets
  • yoga etc..
Its upto ones willingness and time schedule when to do exercise, but proper and contious exercise will keep your body fit forever.
