Having Sleeping problems?

I was having sleeping problems one year back.After lying down in the Bed it takes 1 hour or 2 hours to
feel sleepy.Now  i completely get rid of these issues.Follow any of  these  it can help you as well.

  1. After lying down in the Bed if you are not feeling sleepy just don't think too much about anything by simply thinking over and over again.Get up wash your face and read any books or do anything which you are interested and try to divert yourself
  2. When you plan to have dinner at 8 PM have warm milk around 7 PM.
  3. Go for walking everyday.
  4. Take dinner early.Eg when you want to sleep at 10 PM take dinner around 7:30 or 8.
Main reasons for not getting sound sleep is depression !


Simple ways to reduce Depression

The word "Depression" is most commonly used by all ages of people. Depression is the state of mind block. Apart from yoga, medication and medical therapy there are many ways we can proably avoid depression. It may continue for few weeks or months if certain diversion can't found. Some of the methods which we can adopt daily are discussed below.
Exercise :
Exercise is the best solution to come out of depression. Continous exercise for 30-45 minutes can divert your attention and make you feel good. Also opt for playing shuttle cork, volley ball, etc., running for long distances with friends also one of the solution. Apart from depression exercise also helpful for diabetes, weight reduction, etc.,
Music :
 Hearing melody music lonely for one hours can keep you away from the depression. Selective and good music is advisble.
Chatting:
Talking to dear ones and friends for long time can also helpful to relax  from the depression. Particularly talking to an old friend  makes yourself happy. Talk to postive speaking peoples which can make you lift up from your depression world.
