How to Prepare Curd/Yoghurt?


1.       Boil the Milk
2.       Cool the Milk to room temperature it should be warm not hot.
3.       For ¼ liter of milk pour 1/4 tbsp  of curd.
4.       Leave it for at least for 6 hours.
5.       Ooohhhhhhhhh milk turns into curd


How To Prepare Avalakki Bath?


Count:1
Ingredients:
1.       Avalakki  1 Cup
2.       Refined Oil
3.       Mustard seeds
4.       Channa Dhal
5.       1 Green Chilly
6.       Curry Leaves
7.       1 chopped Onion
8.       Turmeric powder
9.       Shredded Coconut but not mandatory
10.    Water

Preparation:
1.       Add 1 tbsp of Oil to Tava
2.       Once the oil gets heated add little mustard seeds,channa dhal
3.       Add green chilly and leave it for few seconds until it gets fried
4.       Add Onion and curry leaves and fry it until it gets cooked.
5.       We can add Carrot, Peas or potato also to this.
5.       Add little turmeric powder
6.       Now just dip the Avalakki  in water for 10 seconds and squeeze the water completely
7.       Add the wet Avalakki in the Tava.
8.       Mix thoroughly until it gets cooked. Dont Overcook!
9.       Now sprinkle the Coconut
11.     Turn off the stove

How To Prepare Tomato Rice?


Count:3 people

Ingredients:
1.       6  Big size apple tomatoes
2.       1 Big size onion
3.       3 Green chillies
4.       Curry leaves
5.       1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
6.       1 cinnamon
7.       2 cloves
8.       Rice Normal or Basmathi
9.       Mustard seeds
10.   4 tbsp-Refined oil
11.   Salt according to the taste
12.   Water

Preparation:
1.       Soak the Rice for 10 minutes
2.       Chop the onions, Tomatoes, Chillies
3.       Start the stove and keep the cooker on it.
4.       After 1/2 minute pour the oil
5.       Once the oil gets heated normally 30 secs in full flame
6.       Add few mustard seeds,1 cinnamon,2 cloves to the oil.Leave it for few seconds until you get the aroma.
7.       Add ginger garlic paste and curry leaves.Leave it for 20 sec .
8.       Now add green chillies and leave it for 15 sec until it gets fried.
9.       Add onions and fry until it turns brown.
10.   Then add Tomatoes and fry until it is cooked
11.   Add Water.For 1 glass of Rice add 2 Glass of water for Normal.or 1 :1 for Basmathi
12.   Then add Rice and Mix well
13.   Now add salt and taste it
14.   Then close the cooker lid and put the weight
15.   Leave it until it whistles 3 times.
16.   Turn off the stove
17.   Wait for 5-10 minutes until Cooker releases its steam
18.   Open the Cooker lid and mix it thoroughly
19.   Serve Hot
20.   Yummy Yummy Tomato Rice is ready!
