Ingredients (For 1 cup of pasta)
1.2 Cup of Milk
2.2 spoons of Maida powder (WholeMeal flour)
3. 1 Table spoon Chilli flakes(Hot chillies are preferable)
4. 1 tea spoon Pepper powder crushed
5.1 table spoon cooking oil
6.Salt
Method:
1.2 Cup of Milk

Method:
- Add oil in hot pan.
- Add Chilli flakes once the oil get heated.
- Add Maida powder until the raw smell goes away.
- Add Milk
- Add the milk and boil until it gets thicken.(Need to stir continously.Consistency should be neither too thick enough nor too thin.)
- Finally add pepper and salt.
Note:
Add cooked Pasta with the above sauce.Add boiled brocolli or spinach along with that.
