I was having sleeping problems one year back.After lying down in the Bed it takes 1 hour or 2 hours to
feel sleepy.Now i completely get rid of these issues.Follow any of these it can help you as well.
- After lying down in the Bed if you are not feeling sleepy just don't think too much about anything by simply thinking over and over again.Get up wash your face and read any books or do anything which you are interested and try to divert yourself
- When you plan to have dinner at 8 PM have warm milk around 7 PM.
- Go for walking everyday.
- Take dinner early.Eg when you want to sleep at 10 PM take dinner around 7:30 or 8.
Main reasons for not getting sound sleep is depression !
